Vijay Sokhi – Director of Sharp Consulting and Implementing Company (SCICO™) is one of the few OFFLINE EXPERTS and well-established person in the industry. According to him, offline business presents the biggest opportunity to companies as it can be broken down to multiple channels. Mr. Sokhi’s vision is to empower brands by consulting them and giving them the correct road map when it comes to launch, re-launch or scaling up business. He has laid down SOPs on which the companies that he has launched are running successfully.

Mr. Sokhi has crafted a niche from himself in the offline business with special emphasis on premium food and beverage segment. The uniqueness of the company that he runs is that they get involved into grass root level where actual implementation happens. This is what makes him one of the most sought-after sales and marketing strategic consultant.

The way premium/semi-premium brands are handled are strikingly different from the mass brands. Most concept of sales and marketing that are applied in these product categories need a different strategic game plan. Who would know this better than Mr. Sokhi, who has contributed immensely during the launch of Typhoo Tea in India. Before working with Typhoo Tea, he was associated with the Unilever group, which made his roots strong. In his stint with Vegit Merino, he learnt various strategies that helped him gain more understanding of business.

He started his own consulting firm called Sharp Consulting and Implementing Company – SCICO in the year 2017. Since the last 8 years, he has been extensively working in launching new brands, scaling up business by guiding companies both large and small on strategy and implementation.

He has consulted in the categories such as specialty tea, juices, premium chips, frozen food, and baby food, besides many others. He believes that if any company is willing to give the time it will emerge as a success. This is reason why some of the clients that SCICO where Mr. Sokhi gives his advisory services are as old as the company itself.

He has established connection in the industry and acts as a one-point solution for demand creation, product development, branding, advertisement, endorsements and so on. His work has been published in leading print medium such as – The Indian Express, Images Retail, Progressive Grocer, Upper Crest to name a few.
